Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) can be tricky in association with structural mitral valve disease. This experienced group reports their experience with combined minimally-invasive surgery in 14 patients.

T4 is usually bad news. This analysis shows that even in such seemingly advanced stages surgery can still be beneficial when following a very careful patient selection.
